Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with HN Aesthetic. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand your return and refund options.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Only products purchased directly from the official HN Aesthetic website are eligible
  • Items must be new, unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging
  • All original components must be returned, including complimentary gifts or samples
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons

 

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.

 

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit

 

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Provide your full name and order number

 

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on your preference and product availability

 

4. Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Please contact your local courier or postal service first, as packages may be mis-scanned or delivered nearby
  2. If the package is confirmed lost and unrecoverable, contact us with proof of communication with the carrier

 

Once verified, we will arrange a refund.

Please note:

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

 

5. Packages Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failure to collect or claim the package
  • Customs clearance issues

 

Please note:

  • Refunds will not be issued for returns caused by circumstances where the company is not at fault
  • Reshipment may be arranged, but additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer

 

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment
  • Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
  • If your order has already shipped, you may follow the return process outlined above.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line “CANCELLATION” and include:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Email address used at checkout

While we cannot guarantee interception before shipment, we will do our best to assist.

 

7. Return Processing & Refund Timeline

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to reach our warehouse
  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take an additional 4–7 business days to appear
