Shipping policy
At HN Aesthetic, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders with care and transparency. Please review the information below for details on order processing, shipping timelines, customs responsibilities, and customer support.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 9:30 AM (KST) will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is placed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email, and
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If there are any delays due to inventory availability, payment verification, or suspected fraudulent activity, our Customer Support team will contact you directly.
2. Order Cancellation & Modification
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please get in touch with our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your full name and order number.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped
- If your order has already left our warehouse, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy
Requests to add items to an existing order may incur additional charges.
Orders affected by customer input errors (e.g. incorrect address) may not be eligible for modification once processing has begun.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update
- Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping method and courier
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, as determined by local customs authorities.
- These charges are not included in your order total
- All customs-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- We are unable to estimate, prepay, or reimburse these charges
If an order is refused or returned due to customs issues (e.g. unpaid duties, missing documentation), refunds will not be issued.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Shipping availability is subject to international courier regulations and local import restrictions.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact Customer Support. We will do our best to assist or suggest alternative purchasing options.
6. Shipping to the United States
Most U.S. orders are fulfilled locally to ensure faster delivery.
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
- These orders are exempt from customs duties and benefit from reduced shipping fees.
Please note:
- Only eligible products qualify for local U.S. fulfilment
- Orders containing special sets or products unavailable locally will be shipped from Korea instead
- Estimated delivery for Korea-fulfilled orders: 11–15 business days
- If an order contains both locally eligible and non-eligible products, the entire order will ship from Korea
7. Missing, Delayed, or Returned Orders
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact Customer Support with your order number so we can assist promptly.
Packages Returned to Sender
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to claim or collect the package
Reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are not issued for returns caused by customer error.
If a return occurs due to a courier or customs error, please get in touch with us and we will review the case on a case-by-case basis.
